Rule 56 Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners

Rule 56 of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners (RPC) 2023 is about Application of this Chapter. It is under Part I (Objectives and Application) of Chapter 2 (Guidelines and Rules on Anti-money Laundering and Combating Financing of Terrorism for Legal Practitioners) of the Rules. It provides as follows:

This Chapter shall apply to all legal practitioners whose name appear on the roll and particularly as described in section 2 of the Legal Practitioners Act.
