1 Texas Administrative Code § 83.1 – Partnership Agreement May Be Filed

A partnership agreement may be filed as a certificate of formation, if it meets the requirements for filing a certificate of formation under §§ RSA 3.005, RSA 3.011 of the Texas Business Organizations Code.
