1 Texas Administrative Code § 81.47 – Installation of Voting System Equipment

Voting systems equipment shall be installed at the polling place in accordance with the instructions of the authority responsible for distributing election supplies for the election. During the absence of election officers or the custodian of the premises, polling places to which voting systems equipment has been delivered must remain locked and secured.
