1 Texas Administrative Code § 80.3 – Administrative Review

The secretary of state will not determine substantial compliance with the provisions of the Texas Business Organizations Code, nor will the secretary of state determine whether a domestic limited liability partnership meets the insurance or financial responsibility requirements of § 152.804 of the Texas Business Organizations Code.
