1 Texas Administrative Code § 66.1 – Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

(1) GAAS–Generally Accepted Auditing Standards;

(2) OAG–Office of the Attorney General;

(3) UGMS–Uniform Grant Management Standards published by the Governor’s Office of Budget and Planning;

(4) FTFG–Family Trust Fund Grant;

(5) RFP–Request for Proposal;

(6) IFB–Invitation for Bid;

(7) HUB–Historically Underutilized Businesses;

(8) RFA–Request for Application.
