1 Texas Administrative Code § 61.902 – Prehearing Conference

At any time before a hearing is conducted, the hearing officer may request a prehearing conference, either in person or by telephone, with the victim, claimant, or his or her legal representative in order to establish whether a hearing on an application for compensation is necessary.
