1 Texas Administrative Code § 60.206 – Supplies

(a) Allowable items include, but are not limited to, office supplies, paper, postage, education resource materials, and certain computing devices described in § RSA 60.1(25) of this chapter.

(b) The OAG will not approve funds for the purchase of program promotional items or recreational activities.
