1 Texas Administrative Code § 55.154 – Reasonable Attorney’s Fees in IV-D Cases

(a) The usual and customary attorney’s fees for attorneys representing the state under Section RSA 231.109 of the Texas Family Code is $150 per hour.

(b) The reasonable attorney’s fees for attorneys representing the state under Section RSA 231.109 of the Texas Family Code is $150 per hour.
