1 Texas Administrative Code § 53.109 – Actions by a District’s Board of Directors and Any Other Governmental Body

Each and every action taken by a district’s board of directors and any other governmental body must be accompanied by minute entry indicating attendance, and introduction and adoption of such actions; such actions and minute entries must be certified as true and correct copies of same, on file in such body’s official minutes; and all meetings at which such actions have been taken must be certified as having been held in full compliance with Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-17, Texas Water Code, § 54.109, or both, as applicable.
