5 U.S. Code § 6369 is about Restoration of transferred leave. It is under Subchapter IV (Voluntary Leave Bank Program) of Chapter 63 (Leave) of Subpart E (Attendance and Leave) of Part III (Employees) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.

The Office of Personnel Management shall establish procedures under which any transferred leave remaining to the credit of a leave recipient when the medical emergency affecting the leave recipient terminates, shall be restored to the leave bank.
