Section 108 Civil Aviation Act 2022

Section 108 of the Civil Aviation Act 2022 is about Cooperation with other agencies. It is under Part XVII (Miscellaneous Provisions) of the Act.

The Authority shall have the power to co-operate and collaborate with any authority, commission or agency in the performance of the functions of the Authority under this Act.
