Section 206 Electricity Act 2023

Section 206 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Limitation of suits against the Institute. It is under Part XIX (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria) of the Act.

The provisions of the Public Officers Protection Act shall apply in respect of all suits against the Institute.
