Section 18 Electricity Act 2023

Section 18 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Engagement of technical support. It is under Part IV (Incorporation and Licensing of ISO) of the Act.

In carrying out its objects including the discharge of its functions under its license and the provisions of this Act, the ISO shall have the power to enter into arrangement with any entity or expert to provide the ISO with technical support and expertise in relation to the performance of its functions.
