5 U.S. Code § 105

5 U.S. Code § 105 is about Executive agency. It is under Part 1 (The Agencies Generally) Chapter 1 (Organization) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.

For the purpose of this title, “Executive agency” means an Executive department, a Government corporation, and an independent establishment.
