Rule 3008 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure is about Reconsidering an Order Allowing or Disallowing a Claim. It is under Part III (Claims and Distribution to Creditors and Equity Interest Holders; Plans) of the Rules.

A party in interest may move to reconsider an order allowing or disallowing a claim. After notice and a hearing, the court must issue an appropriate order.
