Rule 27 Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure

Rule 27 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure is about Proving an Official Record. It is under Title VI (Trial) of the Rules.

A party may prove an official record, an entry in such a record, or the lack of a record or entry in the same manner as in a civil action.
