Rule 80 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Rule 80 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is about Stenographic Transcript as Evidence. It is under Title X (District Courts and Clerks: Conducting Business; Issuing Orders) of the Rules.

If stenographically reported testimony at a hearing or trial is admissible in evidence at a later trial, the testimony may be proved by a transcript certified by the person who reported it.
