Section 30 Constitution of South Africa 1996
Section 30 of the Constitution of South Africa 1996 (as amended) is about Language and culture. It is under Chapter 2 of the Constitution. Chapter 2 is titled ‘Bill of Rights‘.
Everyone has the right to use the language and to participate in the cultural life of their choice, but no one exercising these rights may do so in a manner inconsistent with any provision of the Bill of Rights.
