Section 138 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 138 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about President: disqualification from other jobs. It is under Chapter VI (The Executive) of the Act.

The President shall not, during his tenure of office, hold any other executive office or paid employment in any capacity whatsoever.
