Section 118 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 118 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Supervision of election. It is under Chapter V (The legislature) of the Act.

The registration of voters and the conduct of elections shall be subject to the direction and supervision of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
