Section 90 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 90 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Establishment of House of Assembly for each State. It is under Chapter V (The legislature) of the Act.

There shall be a House of Assembly for each of the States of the Federation.
