Section 547 CAMA 2020

Section 547 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Period extended under sections 545 or 546. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

Where a period is extended under section 545 or 546, a reference to the period shall be taken as a reference to the period as extended.
