Section 504 CAMA 2020

Section 504 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Custody and control of property. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

The administrator of a company shall, on his appointment take custody or control of all the property to which he thinks the company is entitled.
