Section 272 CAMA 2020

Section 272 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Appointment Of first directors. It is under Chapter 11 (Directors) of the Act.

Subject to section 271 of this Act, the number of directors and the names of the first directors shall be determined in writing by the subscribers of the memorandum of association or a majority of them or the directors maybe named in the articles.
