Section 42 National Health Act

Section 42 National Health Act 2014 is about Appropriate distribution of health care providers. It is under Part V (Human Resources for Health) of the Act.

The Minister, with the concurrence of the National Council, shall determine guidelines that will enable the State Ministries and Local Governments to implement programmes for the appropriate distribution of health care providers and health workers.
