Section 247 Child’s Right Act

Section 247 Child’s Right Act 2003 is about  Approved institutions. It is under Part XXII (Approved Institutions and Post‐Release Supervision) of the Act.

Approved Institutions consist of approved children institutions and Special Mothers Centres, all of which shall be established as provided in this Part of this Act.
