Section 234 Child’s Right Act

Section 234 Child’s Right Act 2003 is about Assistance during rehabilitation. It is under Part XX (Child Justice Administration – Non‐Institutional Treatment) of the Act.

A child in respect of whom an order referred to in section 227 of this Act is made, shall be
provided, where appropriate, with necessary assistance, including accommodation, education or vocational training, employment and any other helpful and practical assistance, during the period the
order is in force.
