Section 103 Copyright Act

Section 103 Copyright Act 2022 is about Jurisdiction. It is under Part XII (Miscellaneous Provisions) of the Act.

The Federal High Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the trial of offences and civil actions arising from this Act.
