Section 7 Copyright Act

Section 7 Copyright Act 2022 is about Copyright in works of government, state authorities and international bodies. It is under Part I (Objectives, Scope and Subsistence of Copyright) of the Act.

Copyright shall be conferred by this section on a work that is eligible and is made by or under the direction or control of a government, an agency of government or a prescribed international body.
