Section 44 Nigerian Electoral Act

Section 44 Electoral Act 2022 is about Notice of poll. It is under Part IV (Procedure at Election) of the Act.

The Commission shall, not later than 14 days before the day of the election, cause to be published, in such manner as it may deem fit, a notice specifying the—
(a) day and hours fixed for the poll ;
(b) persons entitled to vote ; and
(c) location of the polling units.
