Section 6 Arbitration and Mediation Act

Section 6 Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 is about Number of arbitrators. It is under Part I (Arbitration) of the Act.

(1) Parties to an arbitration agreement may agree on the number of arbitrators to constitute an Number of arbitral tribunal. arbitrators

(2) Where there is no agreement as to the number of arbitrators, the arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator.
