Section 268 CAMA 2020

Section 268 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Class meetings. It is under Chapter 10 (Meetings and Proceedings of Companies) of the Act.

The provisions of the foregoing sections apply to any class meetings except where expressly excluded by this Act.
