Section 257 CAMA 2020

Section 257 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Disclosure of remuneration of managers. It is under Chapter 10 (Meetings and Proceedings of Companies) of the Act.

The compensation of managers of a company shall be disclosed to members of the company at the annual general meeting.
