United Nations Security Council Resolution 177 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Uganda

177 (1962). Resolution of 15 October 1962

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Uganda for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that Uganda be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 1021st meeting.
