United Nations Security Council Resolution 173 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Burundi

173 (1962). Resolution of 26 Joly 1962

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of the Kingdom of Burundi for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that the Kingdom of Burundi be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 1017th meeting.
