Article 300 Revised Penal Code

Article 300 of the Revised Penal Code is about Robbery in an uninhabited place and by a band. It is under Chapter One (Robbery In General) of Title Ten (Crimes Against Property) of the Code.

The robbery mentioned in the next preceding article, if committed in an uninhabited place and by a band, shall be punished by the maximum period of the penalty provided therefor.
