Article 57 Revised Penal Code

Article 57 of the Revised Penal Code is about Penalty to be imposed upon accessories of an attempted crime. It is under Chapter Four (Application Of Penalties) of Title Three (Penalties) of the Code.

The penalty lower by two degrees than that prescribed by law for the attempted felony shall be imposed upon the accessories to the attempt to commit a felony.
