Article 21 Revised Penal Code

Article 21 of the Revised Penal Code is about Penalties that may be imposed. It is under Chapter One (Penalties In General) of Title Three (Penalties) of the Code.

Penalties that may be imposed

No felony shall be punishable by any penalty not prescribed by law prior to its commission.
