Facts

A Magistrate passed sentence on the appellant without entering on the record a finding of guilty against him.
The appellant appealed on the ground that there was a material irregularity in the proceedings.

Held

That the omission was a mere technicality and the Court could reirkedy it so that substantial justice might be done.


Appeal dismissed.
