Article XIX B Section 1 California Constitution

Below is the content of Article XIX B Section 1 of the California Constitution

The Legislature shall not borrow revenues from the Transportation Investment Fund, or its successor, and shall not use these revenues for purposes, or in ways, other than those specifically permitted by this article.
