Below is the content of Article XB Section 6 of the California Constitution
The Department of Fish and Game shall charge the following fees for permits issued pursuant to Section 5 pursuant to the following schedule:

| 1991 | $250 |
| 1992 | 500 |
| 1993 | 1,000 |
