Section 139 CAMA 2020

Section 138 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Shares as transferable property. It is under Chapter 8 (Shares and Nature of Shares) of PART B (Incorporation of Companies and Incidental Matters) of the Act.

The shares or other interests of a member in a company are personal property transferable in the manner provided in articles of association of the company.
