Section 24 CAMA 2020

Section 24 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Public company. It is under Chapter 1 (Formation of Company) of PART B (INCORPORATION OF COMPANIES AND INCIDENTAL MATTERS) of the Act.

Public company

Any company other than a private company shall be a public company and its memorandum of association shall state that it is a public company.
