Section 236 Indian Penal Code
Section 236 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 is about Abetting in India the counterfeiting out of India of coin. It is under CHAPTER XII (OF OFFENCES RELATING TO COIN AND GOVERNMENT STAMPS) of the Code.
Abetting in India the counterfeiting out of India of coin
Whoever, being within [India] abets the counterfeiting of coin out of 1 [India] shall be punished in the same manner as if he abetted the counterfeiting of such coin within [India].
