Section 22 Statute of Frauds

Section 22 of Statute of Frauds is about Proviso for soldiers and mariners wills. It provides as follows:

Provided alwayes that notwithstanding this Act any soldier being in actuall military service or any mariner or seaman being at sea may dispose of his movables, wages and personall estate as he or they might have done before
the makeing of this Act.

Section 22 of the Statute of Frauds has been repealed by Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1969.
